Type of a scam Tech Support

I googled number for Quick Books Tech Support and ended up calling, as I later discovered, Zest Solutions LLC.

They led me to believe they were part of Quick Books Tech support. After very weird and alarming phone call with them, first they took my cc information, they wanted social security number, even if I was calling about a company, then they wanted to charge me $1,499.99 for Lifetime Tech support, but didn’t want to accept AMEX credit card, saying that it would be better if I gave them visa or bank account. When I didn’t, they emailed me paypal link with their invoice (from Zest Solutions LLC) and wanted me to make the payment while I was on the phone with them. I felt really uncomfortable and said I will have to double check if they are truly part of Quick Books. Then they guided me to a website: www.zestsoftwaresolutions.com, but since their invoice logo looked different from the website I did look up zestsolutionsllc.com (which looked identical to the invoice). After this incident I went on QB official website and called their customer support and asked if they are associated with zest solutions llc, they said they are not. It appears Zest Solutions LLC might be a fraud.
