Type of a scam Online Purchase

Ordered something Online, It has not showed up account says it is fulfilled. Customer service will NOT respond, they provide no address/phone. Many reviews online report same thing, sometimes they send, sometimes they don’t. After questioning them on FB they block you. I lost $30, and my wife lost her gift for the upcoming holidays. I cannot verify if this is a scam or not, but it sure is fishy. Not much ZEN at all.

They make them selves out to be a real company very well, so it could just be a very new and inexperienced company or….scam.
