Zeewee advertised a “permanent match” on Instagram. After ordering the match, I was charged $16.99 immediately and never received my product. Neither Zeewee nor Instagram responded to any of my inquiries.

I ordered a product from their website. They sent a confirmation email and a follow up telling me I would receive a tracking number soon. After two weeks I had not heard from them so I emailed them, they have not responded to any of my emails and there is no other way to contact them. When looking at my PayPal account, it says the charge went through a company called Nino’s Business.
