This person claims to be a breeder but would not set up a time to FaceTime or zoom to be able to meet in person since we live in different states. Wanted money up front for puppy but did not feel comfortable sending money without talking and knowing who the person was first. They reached out from a phone number via text and did not offer to even call. Could not provide any legitimacy of company.
