The Zaful website advertises women clothing products. The items delivered, if they are delivered, are nothing like what is advertised. I have made over six separate attempts to contact the company concerning an order. The phone number offered on the website has never been answered and may not be in service. I have left several voice messages but no one has returned those messages. I have used the live chat option multiple times in order to contact a supervisor. In the live chat sessions the representatives provide the same fraudulent phone number or offer to have a supervisor email me. After 40 days of back and forth with Zaful a supervisor has never contacted me. I recently requested that Zaful provide me with a mailing address. They denied my request. The behavior of this company is willfully deceitful and targets college students. I have attached my online chat conversations to this scam report.

Zaful.com advertises swim ware online for discounted prices. They advertise with photos from other websites. They charged my debit card and I never received anything. I cannot get ahold of anyone in costumer service and cannot get my money back. I have seen other people complain on other websites.

I ordered items from a website called Zaful.com. I have since then received emails stating my order cannot be completed until I submit a color copy of my passport, drivers license and credit Card. It also asked for my social security number and a copy of 2 recent utility bills. Thank you for investigating.

Ordered a dress months ago, never received it, kept trying to contact the company they won’t respond. Anything I tried to click on their website doesn’t work, phone number says sorry this magic jack customer is not available and cannot accept any messages. On their facebook page there is nothing about complaints from people not receiving their orders. They are taking lots of money from people and not honoring their orders. I know I lost my money and am glad it wasn’t more, but I don’t want other people to lose their money.
