Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased a "pack-n-play" from this company back in January 2020 and never received it. I reported it to PayPal, and they said the company provided them with a transaction number. But this never came to my house. I have cameras on my house and no delivery was made from this company of this item. PayPal refuses to issue me a refund and the company has blocked my email so I can’t even email them anymore. I did some research today on this company. I am NOT the first person to have this happen to. I have pictures of others stating the same thing about this company. Help?
