Type of a scam Phishing

This company told me that when I completed a certain amount of surveys which weren’t that many that I would receive 25.00 for them I think I did 25 surveys for 25 bucks and when the time came to reedeem my money they asked me for my bank account number and routing number in which I have them. But I never received my 25 dollars. And I just think it’s kind of fraudulent to take my very private information and not give me the 25 dollars. I gave them my information 15 days ago. What they wanted with my bank account I guess I will never know
