Type of a scam Yellow Pages/Directories

"Jason" called from yellowpages.com to collect on an old optimization/ad debt. He said in order to cancel the subscription our company would have to pay $1500 otherwise it will renew automatically and then we would owe $2000. He stated they had sent invoices and called many times which is not true.I asked to speak to his supervisor. I then was on phone with David Lanksy who claimed he was an attorney from New Jersey. He couldn’t provide me with any invoices, any signed contracts, the company’s tax ID. He said the old debt was form 2066 and our company was created in 2017. He mad many threats of turning the bills over and threats of subpoenas and going to court. He said "they" always win. I said whose "they" and he said Yellow Pages. He was very unprofessional. was a bully, and cussed.I told him we did not owe money for services that were not performed.
