Type of a scam Online Purchase

I placed an order online on their website on June 14th and received a confirmation email. When I logged onto the website using my correct email and password to check my status, the website claims that there was no order ever placed. I emailed them twice and no response. I then went into their Instagram account and after reading some comments everyone said that this website is a scam. There are others who have placed orders with this website and never heard back about their order. They don’t respond to emails and don’t provide any tracking information. There are people who have been waiting over a month for their purchase and have received nothing. They took out money from my bank account including an international transaction fee. I want to cancel my order and get my money back, but they seem to be ignoring my emails. Please help me and everyone else who has dealt with this company.
