Bought a shirt in August, took several months to arrive, when it finally did, it faintly resembled what we ordered but was NOT the same at all. I inquired on a return, they made us pay return shipping, I provided tracking information, got confirmation of return & they will not provide me a full refund- their “customer service” sends a generic email response each time.
