They were advertising services on Groupon, so I contacted them for a slightly different package. I purchased the package they described through PayPal, and was sent to an online portal system. They never came to their first appointment, citing "techical difficulties’ after the storm we just had. I rescheduled them for another day, and asked them to call my husband when they were on their way. They never did, so we called the number listed, which they do not answer. We sent emails requesting a refund, since the home we were wanting cleaned was now being sold. They do not respond to messages, and do not issue refunds for services not rendered.
