Type of a scam Online Purchase

Received an email through Craigslist asking for my "private" email address so this person’s father could speak to me about a car I have for sale on Craigslist. I replied with my email address. Next day I received an email from a "Johan Kestens", expressing an interest in the car, and asking a couple of generic questions. I replied with the answers to his questions. Next day I received an email from Johan saying that before he could come over to see the car, he needed a vehicle condition report from a specific web site for his lender. As I had already done a CARFAX report on the car, and had the address of the report on the Craigslist, I became very suspicious. I replied to his request for another vehicle report by telling him if he wanted another report, he would have to pay for it, and I would reimburse him if he purchased the vehicle. I have not heard back from him.
