Dear BBB,

I ordered a baby diaper organizer for my nursery last week for $61.98.(Cost includes expedited shipping and handling.) They charged me, but have been non responsive. They haven’t informed me when they will deliver it to me. I’ve sent about four polite emails to them.

I planned to use it as part of the baby furniture required in order to be a foster parent to an 8 month old baby in my home. My home will be inspected tomorrow in order for me to get foster parent licensing. This piece helped to comply the the living space for the baby, giving her more usable space instead of buying a diaper changing station at the moment. But now I need to reiterate this plan. I’d just like to know if this company is a legitimate business. If they are not, I’m concerned my credit card information has been stolen. I also feel sad, disappointed and violated, as I’m on a very very tight budget.

I always use ***. But I thought supporting a smaller business would be nice gesture. I think I made the wrong decision unfortunately.
