Type of a scam Online Purchase

They run a online dispensary for THC/CBD and edibles. I was looking for Harlequin strain which is good for pain. I paid him and I should have been more careful when they asked me to pay for via CashApp. They "supposedly" shipped it via EMS (which is used worldwide) but in reality they just used EMS and set up their own fake EMS website. They would answer back etc. Then they said they need $720 via CASHAPP as "insurance" but it was 95% refundable upon delivery. I told them THC/Cannabis was LEGAL in Chicago/ILLINOIS so it was kind of asinine to have to do this. I sent them $415 via CASHAPP. I am stupid. I only realized that this "could’ be a scam once I tried tracing via a different EMS tracking site and it kept saying trackinng number invalid. I am probably out the $285 and now the $415. Apparently there are a lot of bad Cannabis sellers out there please be careful out there. They are getting much better at their scams. I should of known.
