Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill
I’m reporting a scam involving my annual Report LLC filing. Very official looking document until I noticed there was no electronic filing url or email address. Hidden in tiny text "Workplace Compliance Services is not a government agency and does not have a contract with any governmental agency to provide this service". Yet they indicate a fee of $135 is due, my EIN number, company name, formation date, filing year, and to "Please respond by 3/15/19".
