I was reading an article online and received a pop up saying my computer is frozen as a safety measure against identity theft. I was told by a voice, not to shut the computer off , because it would risk security and to call the Windows help desk at (888)291-2575 immediately! The code on the screen was B2957E and was told I have the Zeus virus. I tried to close the screen, but it kept popping up. I shut the computer off.
