Item arrived–I got key cut, followed instructions for programming–and it did not work. I took the product to Ford–they worked on it for 2 1/2 hours… and was told it is not compatible.
I contacted company–and they asked for FCC number. I gave it to them, and they told me product is not compatible with 2010 mustang–even though that is exactly how it is advertised. They told me they could refund if I pay to return–and I realized the scam. Now they have my address, my FCC number… and my car keys and description of my car.
I warned them if they did not send me proper key I would reach out to BBB… they ignored my email.
