Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

I went to the website to buy a dog. They would not talk on the phone, only text. I told them I was interested in buying a dog. The told me to sent the payment via Zelle and then they would sent the bill of sale. I received the bill of sale and the next day I received the tracking number. Then I got an email and text from GlobalPawTransport that I would have to pay $928 for pet insurance for them to ship the dog. When I told them that it did not would right and that it sounded fraudulent. They stopped responded, even when I asked for my $800 back. They are fraudulent and and also Global Paw Transport.
