I answered a phone call from Jefferson, OR on my mobile to hear a recording telling me that my warranty was up and this was a courtesy call. The recording next asked me if I’d like to speak to a customer service rep, and I said "Yes." Immediately, the line was disconnected. When I dialed back, the line is busy and I can’t get through.
