I found the Waggy website after a Google search for travel companion letters for a pet to accompany us on an airline; they ask you to answer several health questions regarding emotional support animals and then promised a legal letter for airline travel but did not deliver the letter. Also, they triple the price at the end of the health questionnaire to upsell. I contacted them via email, text and phone within two hours of placing my order after seeing the F rating on the Better Business Bureau but they refuse to refund my money. I have yet to talk to a live staff member. They just emailed back they will not issue refunds even though a service has not been rendered. I ordered this service and answer the online questionnaire at 6:30 AM central time and they said a therapist had already reviewed my answers and was working on a letter. I highly doubt that was the case since I didn’t even finish the questionnaire & asked for a refund by 8 AM central time. I flag the charge with my credit card company. Definite scam.

All the reviews on their website are fake. There’s no place on their website to leave your own review.

Call the number and you will never get an answer. The letters are not legitimate and the “money back guarantee” is also a lie. I paid $129 and only got $30 back.

I was told I can get a free evaluation to see if I qualify for Esa letter. I had to enter my credit card information to continue but nothing was supposed to be charged until my case was evaluated. But I was charged and then I was giving a letter that is fraudulent. I’m supposed to have a certificate along with ID card so that I can take my support animal on an airplane and also have them at my apartment. This is just a letter from a letter Mill. I emailed them and I’ve called and no response. This is a scam and no one is going to accept this letter as legitimate. I paid $98.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. THEY ARE FRAUDS!!!! I needed an esa letter for my dog ASAP as my landlord was threatening to give me a notice to vacate my unit. It was a Sunday and she demanded my letter that same day. I freaked out and my anxiety through the roof looked online for help as most of us do. I came accords their website thinking it’s legit. I was wrong! Their company is a scam feeding off of those of who have a legitimate need for assistance. Their letters are fake do not work. There’s never anyone to speak so good luck calling them. They deny you any kind of refund. Please do not use their service and have money stolen from you. I implore you DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE!!!

Website claims to offer evaluations for emotional support animal letter. I never actually received an evaluation, just a fraudulent letter. Provider listed no longer goes by the name provided, and claims to work out of California, but actually works out of Oklahoma, but the letter head states a Florida office. Pdf not original. Fake and useless.
