Type of a scam Tech Support
Computerish-sounding voice on unsolicited (robo)call message, saying there would be a charge (on an unspecified account) for VTech Support unless I called within 48 hours to cancel the charge. Did not say what kind of support for what device. Caller claimed to be "Paul Johnson, Customer Relations manager." VTech is a real company that makes telephones, but the phone I have does not require any kind of support–it’s a cordless (base and handset) landline. This is obviously a scam. I did not call the number.
