A phone record was sent via email through my father’s phone service stating "103290. Otherwise your Microsoft Windows Services will be stopped and you will not able to use your computer. Please call urgent at acuity Department on toll free 1-855-210-3290."

I called the number and asked what this is about. The person on the other line had what I would assume an accent from India told me that I need to get on my computer right away. I told him he needs to tell me what this is all about and he said he will when I get on the computer. I refused and hung up.
