Contacted by Eric Rolinson at Voight Law Firm, Orlando, FL about buying a lot I own in New Mexico for Peterson Dev owned by John Peterson from London, Ontario with TrustCo Bank as the holding bank. All contact done by phone..asked for a surety bond to guarantee my signing deed and sales contract and returning it after receiving the payment for lot the bond would be refunded..other names of people given during transaction were, Robert Matsko and Maurice Allen…phones numbers given were 727-204-1574, 321-355-4227(probably burner phones). I have talked to TrustCo Bank and they are turning the use of their name to their headquarters.
