Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

I recieved a phonce call from a company reportedly called vital allocation services stating they had a claim from 2010 from some online payday loan and wanted me to give them information. when I called them back and told them my lawyer wants to talk to them they get all scared and hang up. I called back again and told them the police wanted to talk to them and give me a fax number and when I called back the 3rd time and ask for the name of the person the phone is registered to there is no such person there and explaining that I had the information in front of me they told me they was only listed in BBB site and they are not on any list of BBB either. Every time you call them back they get nervous and hang up on you.
