Type of a scam Phishing

On 6/11/17, at 10:47pm, my cell phone rang. I said, "Hello?" A woman said, "Who is this?" I asked who she was trying to reach, I said, "You called me, who are you?" She stated she was Pam. I asked what she wanted and she again asked who I was. I asked who she was trying to reach. A voice in the background said, "Go ahead and hang up" and the she did. I blocked the number from my cell phone.

At the exact same time the next night, I received another call on my home phone, caller id shows virgenhelen. I did not answer. Apparently, they called my cell phone also, but it immediately rolled to voice mail, they left no message.

Tonight, earlier time (10:07pm), they called the home phone again, same caller ID, I did not answer. At same time, I received a voicemail, they left no message.
