Type of a scam Online Purchase

I made an order and on their site they guarantee a full refund if the order is cancelled within 12 hours of payment. I emailed with less than 30 min to cancel the order. I contacted them through the website, emailed and phoned but no one gets back to you. Their agent are unavailable on the phone so I left a message and within 24 hours they took their phone number off the website and said to contact by email for questions. I have only received generic replies, no one has actually read the email or responded to my email regarding the concerns, only generic templated responses. I have the original email date to confirm the order at 10:04 am and my reply email at 10:29 am. Please this site needs to be shut down. I will probably have to take this hit but I don’t want anyone else to. I will not return the product once received because I am afraid I will not get my money back. If there is anyway you can help or at least get this site shut down I would appreciate it. Thank you
