One star because there’s no Zero⭐️…Acupressure mat ordered on Dec.3rd 2019 ( DEC.2nd USA Order Nr. 35894), still nothing. First l waited 8 weeks as planed then l thought Ok a bit more time to Europe may be needed but there was no tracking possibility and there was no answer to my emails during February/March. I tried writing to them on their website ( customer’s feedback form) asked for refund, NO response at all ! I could have given the money to a local charity, would be much better. Please be careful with this, looks like a total scam ‼️

Type of a scam Online Purchase

The company says it is located in the United States. Offers products at discounts, says they are in stock, has a tracker of people supposedly buying product minute by minute. I ordered my product with the expectation it shipped from the US and was available and in stock. As soon as my card was charged – the product was no longer available and was on backorder. It has been a month. I don;t anticipate seeing my money refunded or the product. They are clearly scamming on families and taking advantage of the health scare with no intention of following though with their product ordered. If they were concerned about filling orders, they would not continue to list product, take money, and promise delivery of items.

They have also made it so that a refund is next to impossible. Please look into this and shut them down.
