Type of a scam Online Purchase

Purchased an inflatable pool online from Vingloo.com and they promised delivery within 12 days. We are almost double that now and have not been able to make contact with Vingloo. Their phone number is not in service and they do not answer any emails sent to them or any texts on their web page about trying to find out where my purchase is. They have take their payment from my account and I am in the process with my bank of recovering my monies.
