DO NOT BUY THIS ITEMS! The seller is a scammer, he is selling cheap chinese products, he is advertising on the website very nice pictures of items and you’ll get cheap faux bad odour boots and jackets! Sizing is horrible. I ordered 4 UK size boots he sent to me 34 size?
I have ordered on 12 November 2020, 1 pair of Therese Boots and 1 x Paola jacket, I got the boots on 1 December 2020 but are totally different quality than he is advertising on website in the pictures, as you can see in the pictures I uploaded.

After a quick search on internet, when I started to worry about the long delivery, I found so many bad rewiews about this seller, I even emailed him to ask him to stop any shipment I was sure already I’m a victim of a scammer.
V B sent me a nice feedback to make himself trustable, he is covering himself very nicely with nice explanation, do not trust him! I’m disputing now with my bank my money back. I’m waiting for jacket, I’ll put here all the real pictures, this scammer to not be able anymore to sell rubbish products on nice money, the product he is selling are even not worth you to spend money to return the items back in the hope you’ll have the refund . He is very clever, he have no address, no telephone number, only this email address where he is writing politically nice words but he is sending you cheap , horrible items! He even told me that all this bad rewiews are constructive and even famous brands have bad rewiews. Shame on him! He know that customers have a long way to proof their selves what happened to them, lot of them are accepting, everybody need to make claims and put informations other people to know what they will get!
This scam need to stop. Don’t buy! Don’t trust you’ll be fooled nicely!

I placed an order for the gothic jacket on 11-9-20 and after receiving a tracking number that lead to nowhere I contacted them and was told it had not actually shipped yet but was still on the production line. I now have a tracking number along with an email st as ting it has finally shipped but still there is no information available and USPS states try have no knowledge of any such tracking number. 11-30-20

I ordered 2 jackets for me and my daughter back on April 16,2020. Due to the Covid Pandemic the order would take extra long to come. For months I reached out to Vincent Benoit and they assured me the order was shipped and it must be due to Covid that I was waiting months later. Finally in September I look up the order they told me was on the way for months now, and it showed me that the order was cancelled the day it went to shipping. Now it’s been another 3 months and they’re giving me the run around for my refund of $144 .68. I plan on reporting them to all the proper authorities.

DO NOT BUY! The clothing that is advertise is not what you will get, it is very cheaply made and they will not refund you your money back even after you have gone to great lengths to return. This is a total scam. They even kept my money when a dress I bought was never received.

I bought a dress from https://vincentbenoir.com/ on 6 August, received it on 29 August and it was faulty (product not as described, much larger than the size chart stated). They asked me If I have noticed any defects/damages, and told me to take a photo or short video footage demonstration of my noticed defect and send it to them because they need to visually see the defect/damages my received product has to apply for order delivery insurance. I sent the photos the same day and asked for a refund. On 31 August they applied for my order delivery insurance. On 3 September they told me that their application for my order delivery insurance got rejected and that I need to return the received dress back to their warehouse for a full refund. After asking multiple times will they pay for the shipping since it is 12.86 USD and the item is fauty, and them not answering on the question I decided to send the dress on 10 September and notified the shop and gave them all the information they asked (a copy of the paid invoice/bill or a document I was given at the post office with a clearly visible destination address and tracking number and the tracking number I was given at the post office). On 13 September they told me that they have successfully refunded me a full price and that I should expect to receive my paid money within 2-3 business days. That has not yet happened. I contacted them on 17 September saying that I did not receive my refund. On 18 September they told me that the funds are successfully transferred back to my bank account. On 21 September I asked once more where was my money, there is no answer yet. DO NOT BUY from these scammers!

Tracking Number: LE732604086CN. In the image the dress looked nice but all I got was a cheap and horrible dress made in China which looked terrible. The fun fact is that it took more than a month to arrive and the return policy says you cannot return item after30 days from your original purchase. Hey… What ?! It arrived after 1.5 months and it’s a [censored]ty product.

They supposedly sell different styles of clothing but never your order and refuse to give a refund. It’s been 2 months since I placed an order, if I track package it still hasn’t shipped. Big scam. When I contact them I get told no refunds.

I purchased a jacket from a clothing store website ad I saw on Facebook. It directed me to the Vincent Benoir website where I purchased a jacket. The amount was debited from my account from another name which is nowhere near the name of the company. I tried tracking the item to be told it had been delivered back in May which is impossible since I purchased it in October. I was then emailed a reply where I was told it would take some time due to the holidays. To give them 7-14 days. Now almost another month later I’m given another tracking number which doesn’t even recognize the item and can not be tracked. I’m realizing now this website is a scam and has scammed many others. I am waiting on my bank to let me know it I can get a full refund of the amount of $64. This seems to be a regular thing going on with these Facebook ads and these fake websites. I would hope something will be done to stop this. I tried reviewing the store and there is minimal information on them online. You can not even complain or write a review anywhere. Hoping you can help so that this does not happen again. Thank you
