Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered a product from this company. A 3 pack of printed bandanas, as advertised on their sponsored Facebook page. I immediately received a confirmation email and a notification that the company had taken payment from my bank card. Then I received an email from the CEO, thanking me for ordering with the company. I’ve emailed them and attempted to contact them several times, inquiring as to where my purchased items were, to no avail. There was never any viable shipping or tracking information available to me.
