Type of a scam Debt Collections

I received a call at work (unbelievable) from a place called VDS Solutions They said they were handling two high profile complaints about me and it would be going to court tomorrow. I was being accused of theft by deception, breech of contract, and not repaying a loan to a place called Pack Management. Well, I knew this was all ridiculous and stated so. This only made the lady talk louder and more persistently. I never did get the "2nd" high profile case they had on me. The fact they called my work place is very disturbing. They need to be stopped. They try scare tactics and threats

Type of a scam Debt Collections

Receiving calls from VDS (or BDS) Solutions (very heavy Indian accent so can’t tell for sure) about a debt collection of payday loans on a relative. They are supposedly arbitrators for the claims. In addition, "Kate" says that she is calling from the Division of Pretrial Processing for the state of Wisconsin (whatever that is). I believe this is a total scam, fraud, or attempt at identity theft. My relative has never taken any payday loans as suggested by "Kate" and or "Brian Clark". These people have a worrisome amount of personal information about my relative. In addition, they REFUSE to send any verification of the unpaid debts unless a "good faith" payment is made upfront! I am reporting this with the intention that you investigate the supposed company and shut them down or prosecute them (as the case may be). They call daily and sometimes several times a day with very threatening messages (going to pursue at the employer, at the residence, etc.). **THE PHONE IS A VOIP # *Calling phone back = sounds like a boiler room. Everyone has heavy Indian accents. They won’t provide an address for the company and claim phone is breaking up if you ask any questions

The number is 870-293-2331. They claim to be from VDS solutions, which I cannot prove exists. They are demanding money to be paid over the phone from a debt they say I had from 2011. They knew the last four of my social. The won’t send a letter, tell me their email address or website, an don’t give an address. When I told them they were a scam she got very angry and started talking ugly to me. Saying they would take me to court.

Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

VDS solutions kept calling me saying we owed money from an advanced loan from 5 years ago. To The best of our knowledge we paid those loans back. I was suspicious so i asked them many questions. They refused to give me their website address (cause they said it was down). The street address they gave me didn’t exist. The company said they were on the internet and ScamPulse.com accredited but I could not find them anywhere. The last red flag was threatening me with going to the local court system to get the money which would cost me thousands more.

Keep getting calls from VDS solutions for my sister. They are stating she took out a payday loan in 2011. They harrass everyday and say they are coming to her place of employment which she hasn’t been at for over 5 years. They have a thick India accent and when you ask them if they are Americans they get very defensive… They state they have 48 remote call centers but their main center is in Miami, FL. They will tell you they are taking you to court to have a good lawyer, and say it is their last attempt to contact you, but the next day they are leaving the same message. They have about 5 different people answering the phone and they change their names… The call from 502-203-1002 and tell you to call a 1-800 back… This is a scam and they are very annoying….

a representative from VDS Solutions called stating that they would take me to court if i did not settle and pay for a pay day loan from back in 2012. The guy called out the alleged references that i supposedly used and on the list were relatives whom are not even living. He reported that Archway Holdings was the lender and that my bank account was closed but i have only ever had one bank account.
