On July 9, 2020, I ordered 2 patio folding chairs to match some I had. I check to make sure they were coming from the USA because of delays with the pandemic. I received confirmation then after the delivery date I emailed them. They apologized and provided a deliver date and tracking number – the number had no website and I could not trace it. I decided to wait and received a pack of masks which pissed me off. I emailed again and they claim they was a mix up and my chairs were on the way. Of course, nothing. I contacted them again and requested my money back and they send a tracking company website URL (not hyperlinked) and a tracking number and I actually saw that it left China. However, I noticed the page was static and researched the company and contacted them. Of course, the tracking number is not theirs. I wrote to them and demanded all of my money back, not just 60%. I outlined that I knew they were a scam, that I read the reviews online and it was customary for them to send masks, that they were using a false address in the USA to scam buyers, that they never shipped anything, was using EMS Shipping Company fraudulently and I will report them to every possible government agency to put get them off the internet and out of business and I wanted ALL of my money back . They wrote and offered me 70%. I said “HELL NO” all or nothing. At this point it is not about the money which was only $67 but they need to stop this scam NOW! 60% of all $67 could amount to a full salary taking from those who cannot afford to lose money during these times.

I was scammed to I ordered a swing it never came

Ditto on the lounge chairs and face masks for me. I am out $74.51. Face masks arrived today in their place. With a so called value of $20.00. Filing a complaint with demand of money returned right now. They also were only ok’s to take out $67.38 upon my actual ordering and confirmation of order. Order # is 16072
