Type of a scam Phishing

I received a voice mail stating to call 330-355-1703. I got ahold of a guy named Zack who said that I had a student loan refund coming to me. Showed up as Chase Bank on my computer. I initially gave them my bank information, but then realized later that it was a scam and cancelled my card. They wanted me to go to walmart and get 2 $1000 cards, but then told me they made a mistake the total was only $900. They called me the next day to see if I got the cards and I told them no, that I knew it was a scam and I was calling the BBB.

My computer has been locked by them and now I have to take my computer to a repair shop.
