Type of a scam Credit Repair/Debt Relief

I found a website that looked promising and talked about student loan forgiveness. US Student Loan Center, Inc. then contacted me and told me who they were.

They went as far as to quote different acts to me that were created by presidents and they even mentioned the Department of Education. (Who they claim to work with but Do Not!!) They then told me that I had to make a new account in the Ferderal Student Aid website (that they also needed help from me getting into) because they could help me find ways to save on my loan and even have loan forgiveness. Once I did that, then they were able to look at my information as to how much money I owed and what they could save me. They told me that I would owe my student loan company Nothing, with forgiveness of $10,000 coming off my loan and that all I had to do was to pay them an application fee and that my new payment would be $39 a month for so many months as a membership fee. I wasnt quite sure that any of it made sense so they sent me through to a supervisor who would make it much more clearer for me! I unfortunately fell hook line and sinker. They got all of my information, including my credit card to pay my application fee. It wasnt until I was on ScamPulse.com that I discovered the truth and all of the complaints about USSLC (as they call themselves.)

They claimed to BBB…. "In July of 2016 we stopped having applications submitted to Fed Loans and started sending to Great Lakes and Nelnet. Both companies have been great to work with and have been a welcome change." When I spoke with my student loan company (Great Lakes) they told me that they do not work with anyone individually and they do not know of this company.

I also called Nelnet to see if they were also aware of this company and they told me the same thing!

Once I learned all the new information about them, I had to quickly cancel my credit card and make all the necessary changes to all of my personal information that they had received.

PLEASE DO NOT fall for what they have to offer!! They do not tell you what they are doing with the money you pay them and I can Promise you that you Won’t get forgiveness through them, have to not ever pay your student loan again or have a better payment plan!! They just want your money!
