Type of a scam Healthcare/Medicaid/Medicare

Received phone call on 08/14/17 at 3:29 mation. He said again I was not understanding how this worked. I then stated I do understand how this works and asked for a phone number that I could call him back at. He said that was not possible, but they would call me back after I completed the intake form. He kept talking about how I was not understanding so I hung up. Afterwards, I looked up site on-line. No way to contact.
