Type of a scam Online Purchase

My purpose is to import a fawn pug puppy with the help of social media. Then someone message me and his page is https://www.facebook.com/pugpuppiesforsale023/. We both agree and we have an agreement that we signed in. I paid him through Western Union as what he prefer. When it’s time for transporting the puppies, the US PET DIRECT is asking for money as REFUNDABLE INSURANCE BILL with the amount of $1550 for the safety of the puppies. The US PET DIRECT said that we will just give the money on the buyer so it would be fast. I paid again through Western Union. I though we’re okay and there is no problem. After a day, the US PET DIRECT email me again that the puppies are now in Myanmar and I need to buy a special crate and it’s too expensive. I decided not to continue and I refused to give the money. I found the site about Puppy Scam and it’s exactly the same on what the scammers do. It’s really depressing that this happened.

The name of the person is Johnson Helmaoun living in 810 Park Avenue Apt A Norfolk. I will attache more info with his identification. I hope you can help me with this.
