I signed up to be a mystery shopper on the usmysteryshopper.com website. Within a day a get an email from this guy saying I was approved for an assignment for Walmart gift cards. Then the guy starts texting me asking if I received the package or not and that I needed to confirm it asap. I open the priority mail the next, and there’s a cashier’s check for $2800 and a sheet of instructions (poorly made instructions with quite of bit of typing errors). It said I needed to deposit the check into my account, keep $300 for myself, and use the remaining to buy 5-$500 Walmart gift cards. I called the bank because I knew it had to be a scam, and sure enough it was. I texted the guy saying that it was a scam and to not contact me again, and that I hope he would get Ebola. He has now started to email me again. I told him once again, do not contact me or else I will castrate him and make him eat his own self. Ironically, he said he contacted the police with my address, to "investigate", ha. I hope he would so I could file a counter complaint and get him arrested on fraudulence and harassment.
