Paid $190 .00 for payment protection insurance (PPI). Was told I was approved for the loan of 2k. That $190.00 was refundable upon successful loan payments. Had to purchase EBay card! Also…I had to pay a state tax of $280.00 after 45 min of waiting for the return call ! That was the only way of receiving the funds!
