Type of a scam Government Grant

I received a call from person stating they were from the US government and I had won grant money in the amount of $8400. I was told to send 200.00 via money gram to cover taxes, then I was told to send 500.00 to cover the cost of the security fee. I spoke with someone name Jack Smith and Jason at 202-470-2948 and then was transferred to speak with someone at the Federal Reserve Bank of NY, they were to issue my funds and wire the money into my checking account. This did not happen, I was told to send another 785.00 in order to receive a total amount of 9785.00 to cover all fees and I realized this was not right. I am now out of $723.00. The numbers from the scammer are 202-470-2948 and 646-217-4815. Thank you. I sent 200.00 money gram to a person by the name of Daniel Drieling and 500.00 to a person under the name of Ran Wells. This was done May 28, 2015.
