I was contacted by a friend on facebook that they were trying to get a hold of me and I gave her my phone number then I received a text from an attorney named Carolyn Ardele Helms telling me about a grant I never applied for from US Dept. Of Health & Human Services.

I was offered a Department of Health and Human Services Grant in the amount of $4,000. When I gave incorrect information to them, they hung up on me.
