I found an ad in the Kansas City Classifieds for a French bulldog. We messaged the poster, and he texted us. We went through with buying the dog from him and was told that he would meet us in Hutchinson. He said he was coming from Liberal, KS. We planned to meet the same day, but something came up and he had to move it back. He then started telling us that we would be charged every day that they dog was with him. We ultimately decided just to have him drive the dog up here. After we payed him for the dog, he dropped all contact, never came to meet up, and will not answer any texts or phone calls.
