Received an audio message as well as a computer pop-up window telling me that my computer had been infected by the Zeus virus and to call 1-855-859-1700 immediately to get the problem corrected. Unfortunately, I gavethem access to my computer and they remotely ran a scan and then told me that I need to purchase network security in order to get the problem fixed. They gave me the prices for 1, 3, 5 and lifetime services but I declined and told them I would call back if I was interested in making the purchase. I did not contact them at all.

I was on my yahoo account and all of a sudden a red pop-up came on my screen and said I had to call tech support because my computer was experiencing a virus and I needed to call windows supprort with them by using the windows key on my keyboard and run iexpert www.fastsupport.com they connected to my computer then they ran a program and told me there were 30 illegal addresses or a trojan and for $199.99 they would fix my computer to new and send me legal documented proof. I just needed to give them my address
