Type of a scam Fake Check/Money Order

United Web Place gained access to my checking account somehow and is using my account to make and cash fake checks. The amount of the fake check is $33.71. Last year another fake check was used from a merchant called Doa New Retail Inc in the amount of $32.27. I went into my banking center a few hours ago to close the account that I’ve had for almost 30 years:-( I was told by my banking center that I will get my money back from this but not until I file a claim (which I won’t be able to do until after the New Ye[censored]iday as banks are now closed). I’ve learned a lesson from this in that I need to monitor my accounts more closely.
