I was contacted by United Students of America about my student loans. They had all of my information. Of course it sounded good and something that I wanted to do. I have been doing payments for 5 months and I am still getting messages from my old student loan company about payments. I even see that my student loan balance is going up on my credit and making my credit go down. I have called the 888-991-6316 number and no one answers. I emailed the person who handles my account and still no answer back. I wouldn’t trust this company

Company provided false information. company claimed there were no fees when processing student loan forgiveness programs through them but in fact there was a fee of almost $1, 400. This feed a expect you to pay out with in 8 months time frame while putting a forbearance on your current payments but they don’t explain to you what all this means. when requesting a cancellation and a full refund of the deposit you put down now they have claimed that their refund button does not work and that you should just go back to your bank and tell your bank that you never gave authorization for the transaction so that your bank will credit you. they do not respond to emails or phone calls and they never call you back.
