I received a call from 206-564-9823 telling me that I was getting of $10,200 and all I had to do was to call a second number of 206-455-9975 to give them my confirmation number. He told me that I had to pay $290 I asked why I had to give them $290 he hung up on me. He told me that I would get the $290 back when I received the $10,200.
