Initially signed a contract with buyer stating all costs would include shipping. Got multiple emails from United Pet Company asking for a crate rental, which I provided. They sent confirmation that my pet would be delivered by 5pm 7-19-2020, then sent an email stating an additional 1000.00 is needed to deliver her from the airport to my home. When I refused, they hung up and both seller and United Pet Transport are refusing refund and are no longer taking my calls. Total cost spent is 1350.

Found a dog through a "breeder" (who was also a scammer) and this company wanted $2000-$3000 that was "refundable" for a SPECIAL kennel for her to be shipped in. Would only accept payments through Zelle. They were very nice until we asked questions. They told me I could not come pick up my dog and that I would be handed over the authorities for abandonment. They couldn’t tell me which authorities though.
