I was on Instagram and clicked an ad by Rapid Trim for Garcinia Cambogia it said I would get a free trial for $4.99 when I accepted the offer I had to input my card info but instead of the order being finalized it then said that I had to purchase something else called Forskolinfor an additional $4.99 in order to complete the order. I didn’t want the additional product so I closed out the browser on my phone and never finalized. A few days later I received an email thanking me for my order. I then contacted the Ultra Trim and explained what happened and told them that I didn’t want their product. The product came anyway so I then called Ultra Trim back on 9/8/18 and again told them that I didn’t want their product and I was told that my order had been cancelled and I wouldn’t receive any additional charges. I also requested an email copy of my cancellation request. I received my credit card bill a month later and I was charged an additional $79.93 on 9/8/18 the same day of my 2nd call to cancel. I called my credit card company and was told they would cancel my card. As of today 10/19/18 the charge remained on my credit card so I called Ultra Trim back @888-315-1153 and I was then told that I needed to cancel in 14 days which I did. I was then told that I would receive 35% credit and I refused then I was offered 60% credit and I refused then I was offered 70%. I told them nothing less than 100% would suffice as they are fraudulent and at no time was I told I would be charged $79.93. After being placed on hold numerous times I was finally told I would get 100% credit and then I was placed on hold again to process the request the agent finally returned and said she tried to submit the request but it wouldn’t go through so I asked her to send me an email stating she was issuing me the credit and she hung up in my face.
