Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill

Started by contacting a Stephanie Mcguire about car on craigslist then she told me she had listed with a broker because she was moving to canady and didnt have time to deal with sale. Car was then on tuvship website and made contact with phone number on web page. They dont answer and want u to leave your name and number. Made offer on car and they sent me paperwork with wiring instructions. Contacted my bank to have looked into and they came back with 3 red flags. Was never to get the acyual seller Stephanin Mcguire to call me even after several attempts. The gentle man from tuvship has a foreign accent and is verry persistent. I contacted the ScamPulse.com by phone and was instructed to get the companys license info and actual address and they were not able to provide due to misc reasons. They are verry slick using multiple emails while monitoring all of them
