Type of a scam Phishing

This site sent to my email address asking a political question about candidates in Democrat party. If you answered question, it then asked for donations. The problem is that they used My Name in the heading, as if the email is coming from Me, and that I am the administrator of the site sending these emails out! I am not, and am not affiliated with them in any way, I do not want them using my name to send to people. It is fake, and may be to get people who know me to send money. I did not send money or answer question. This site claims to be on Twitter and Facebook. I want them to stop using my name and the names of other unsuspecting people to influence people they know.
