Sounds like legit dog breeder. Stated he/she was a civil engineer in Pittsburgh,Pa. would take a deposit through western union and we could come get the dogs on a Sunday. Gave us a name of Turner Bosler and Ryan Reed for the money transfer. They sent a picture of a certificate of dog ownership to make you feel like you own the dog. The next morning received an instant message stating they made bed to Cleveland, Ohio.
